The conference on achieving optimal health is conducted by Roger
Billica, M.D. and Marlin Lance, Ph.D.
Dr. Billica was chief of medical operations at NASA’s Johnson Space
Center from 1991 to 2001. While supervising the health of
astronauts, he developed his present approach of functional
medicine, which focuses on the treatment and prevention of the
underlying causes of illness rather than simply addressing the
symptoms of disease.
Dr. Lance is the director of Messiah Method Ministries Inc., a
counseling and training clinic in Houston, Texas. He has integrated
the Biblical teachings into a very effective approach in giving
guidance for spiritual growth as well as dealing with deep-rooted
problems such as trauma, anger, bitterness and addictions.
This conference is designed to be an instructional, group-learning
experience. While there will not be time for each participant to
receive one-on-one medical evaluations with the physicians during
the actual conference, arrangements will be available for individual
and private consultations following the event, should that be desired.
